New intermediate joints and terminal heads were made for a 10kV cable with a total length of approximately 4 km. An AC withstand voltage test was conducted prior to its commissioning. The test site was located in a greenbelt outside a residential community. The series resonance withstand voltage test vehicle was driven directly to the site, eliminating the need to manually transport the test equipment right next to the cable.

Based on calculations using the cable's parameters and length data, four 60H reactors were utilized for the test, with a test frequency of 33.67 Hz.
