The laser foreign object clearing instrument is mainly composed of a foreign object clearing light source host, a foreign object clearing transmitter, an electric pan-tilt tripod, a controller, mobile batteries, and other modules. The effective range is greater than 300 meters. According to the type of foreign object characteristics, specific laser power can be set to effectively act on non-metallic power grid foreign objects. Through remote heating, the foreign object is ablated and melted, allowing it to fall naturally. It has the advantages of maintenance-free operation and high cost-effectiveness.
1. Instrument Installation Open the tripod on flat ground, fix the three legs, and tighten the pan-tilt and the tripod. Fix the laser transmitter on the pan-tilt, noting that the arrow direction points to the target. Connect the pan-tilt and the laser transmitter with the pan-tilt connection cable. After installation, confirm that there is no dust or condensation on the mirror surface, and then turn on the host switch, pan-tilt power, and tablet control software.
2. Target Ranging Use a rangefinder to measure the distance from the transmitting point to the target, and set the measured distance value in the software interface.
3. Set Power and Start Operation Adjust up, down, left, and right to align the crosshairs on the screen with the target, and click the magnification to the maximum. Enter the control interface, select the appropriate laser power according to the target, click to turn on the laser, and start outputting laser operations.




Operating at full power, the TW-1000 cleared a tree trunk with a diameter of 18cm in about 10 minutes.
